Details: The position we are looking to fill is one of a Support Specialist. The ideal candidate for this position will be working closely with our clientele as well as our inside team to best service our merchants. We are looking for an individual who speaks French since we have a large data base of French clientele that we would like to service in a more accommodating manner. The applicant will be translating chosen conversations as well as advising on French worded paperwork. The inquirer will be working with vendors and merchant service providers that CPS works with. The communication between our merchants and the providers of service will be managed and handled by the petitioner and this petitioner will be a concierge to the merchants if they have any issues, problems or concerns. When a situation arises that is not settled right away, the Support Specialist will be required to open a ticket for the issue and follow through the correction process until the ticket is closed out and our customer is happy. Some data entry will be required as well as reporting on progress of certain accounts with opened complications. The Support Specialist will spend a great deal of time on the phone so the applicant must be comfortable being on the phone for extensive periods of time. The candidate will be working with a team of experts that will help deliberate on certain predicaments that originate and as a unit will come to conclusions of what is needed for salvation of whatever obstacle arises.
