Details: Based in Houston, TX, Alert Logic is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join the Alert Logic team working remotely (on-site) from San Antonio. As a representative of Alert Logic, you will be responsible for using an in depth understanding of Alert Logic products and services to serve as a front-line point of contact for handling Rackspace Incidents and Requests in person. In this highly customer-facing role, you will work closely within the Rackspace organization to answer requests, and provide assistance using and supporting the Alert Logic products deployed by Rackspace’s customers. In addition, you will provide training to new customers and employees as a part of the onboarding process. To learn the Alert Logic technology, a minimum of 6 weeks of training in the Houston Alert Logic SOC is required.Alert Logic’s Security-as-a-Service solutions provide customers four distinct advantages: market-leading security tools, a fully outsourced and managed SaaS delivery model, integrated 24×7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services to monitor and provide expert guidance, and the ability to deploy wherever a customer has IT infrastructure – including the cloud.Your Day: Fully document customer and user incidents and requests Serve as the single point of contact for all Service Delivery support issues at Rackspace Stay current on Alert Logic’s products and services in order to resolve incidents Issue requests on the customer’s behalf and track progress Provide users with configuration assistance Assist customers with web interface configuration Communicate with customers on status of their requests Train new customers and employees on how to use Alert Logic products, in person and via web conference
