STARTING PAY RATE:$10.00/hrKEY REQUIREMENTS:Employees will be required to spend at least 4 weeks at our Hazelwood facility for paid training before working at home.Must live within 50 miles of Hazelwood, MO to apply for this position.Pass a criminal background check and drug test.Minimum of High-school diploma or GED equivalency; attentive to detail; good listening and responding skills.Proficiency with navigating the Internet; multi-tasking; self-motivated and a self-starter.EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:Ability to directly connect (i.e. no wireless routers) the Convergys TCA equipment to a working ISP with minimum speed requirements of 500 kbps (.5mb)upload and 1500 kbps (1.5mg) download speeds for Cable and DSLAbility to meet the Convergys Home Agent Voice Quality Test requirements of 3.8 or higherSeparate area defined for a working environment free of noise and distractions to include other family members, children and pets A wired router with at least 2 free Ethernet ports to connect the Wyse terminal and hard phone unit.
