Project Manager

Details: Nexlink Global Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing field crews for on time performance and quality assurance. The Project Manager will be responsible for project and all related work activities per client specifications allotted timeframe and established budget.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:•Interface with client on worktable accomplished and in progress•Submit plans and specs to subcontractors for quotations•Analyze bids and award contracts•Monitor sub-contractors progress and coordinate BCI work to be completed•Review sub-contractor invoices and approve/deny based on work performed•Invoice client•Interface with lawyer on zoning issues as required•Apply for and follow up on building permits as required•Prepare change orders•Track down and correct billing errors•Participate in planning and scheduling of construction crews; assign workloads and schedules to crews•Participate in planning and scheduling of construction activities•Communicate with Director of Operations and Project Managers on an on-going and constant basis.•Manage materials and logistics of jobs•Track project progress and report to client in a cohesive and presentable format•Ensure that billing and invoicing is correct and accepted by client•Oversee employee activities and assist employees in negotiations•Attend site visits and researches•Negotiate leases on the owner/attorney level•Report progress on projects to BCI management•Closely track and monitor detailed information in an organized manner and report accordingly in high level meetings with client•Responsible for site completions to meet or exceed customer satisfaction of your projects.•Manage Multiple Projects and in high volume.•Maintain communications with customer field personnel.•Attend bid walks, then prepare and submit proposals / bids.•Attend pre-construction walks. Order necessary materials and organize site-specific details for review with the site Foreman. Review scopes of work and schedule with job foreman.•Assist with sales and customer relations within your office/market.•Provide leadership and guidance for crews assigned to your projects.•Responsible for all safety, schedule and quality issues for your projects.•Solicit and manage subcontractors to maintain quality, safety and budget.•Maintain change orders and associated documentation for payment.•Manage construction projects and personnel from pulling of permit to accepted project closeout.•Review project costs for accuracy of time, materials and subcontractors.
