Details: Contract Customer Account SpecialistLeadership, Management and/or Supervisory experience, is what we're looking for!Location: South of the Denver Technical CenterHours: Must have the ability to work between the hours of 6am & 6pm, Monday-Friday (40Hr work week)Status: Contract (indefinite) positionHourly Pay: $16Hr - $19HrJob Description:The Customer Account Specialist will act as the first point of contact for business customers calling the Customer Care Center.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: First point of contact for inbound customer calls Receive and process inbound calls into the Customer Care Center using define procedures and processes. Process all requests received in the center for feature adds, changes and disconnects. Track change orders through to completion. Research validity of billing adjustments. Process credits for posting when required. Process escalations internal and external, as needed. Interface with all internal and external agencies as needed. Meet and/or exceed daily, weekly and monthly individual metrics. Perform all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Must have the ability to solve complex issues and a positive attitude, good attendance, and attention to detail. Must be able to a work in a fast paced environment and proficiently multi-task. Requires knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and general knowledge of the operation of database programs. Required Experience EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the Telecommunications industry. Must be available between the hours of 7am - 7pm Monday through Friday.
