Sales Support

Details: Job Description: Directly manage incoming calls from sales, generate price quotes and contracts, place orders via PC Globes, placement and tracking of orders from end to end and until first bill is generated. Work to resolve issues on orders through support teams. Provide general process help to sales and re-direct calls to the appropriate segment, sales support and technical support teams as required. Reporting and tracking results accurately and timely for all orders being tracked Ensure accuracy of orders and reporting results for metrics tracking. Results reporting can include both status of orders, as well as tracking quantity of orders by segment, revenues, and time intervals to completion. Define and manage center processes for existing and new services coming into the center. The processes supported by this center will have clear interfaces to other teams, and require escalation paths with other teams. Clear communications to sales, center rep’s and partner teams about what activities the center will support, and what activities the sales rep and other teams will need to manage.
