Troubleshoot (collect, analyze, diagnose or escalate) Fujitsu and other vendor equipment (e.g. Nortel, Cisco, Alcatel, Juniper, Calix, Ciena, Tellabs) deployed in the field Execute and troubleshoot network migration activities for Fujitsu and other vendor equipment Document, analyze and interpret test data and results Confirm that project commitments and expectations are satisfied Interface with customers on-site, resolve or escalate issues and gain the confidence of the customer in the performance of the project Maintain positive control and accountability of all assigned equipment and resources  Provide project related technical consulting and review documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy Identify project related resources (tools, test equipment, etc) required for satisfactory project execution
