Account Manager

Details: The role of the Account Manager is to ensure the client is provided with superior services and ensure client satisfaction.  You will manage the overall client relationship standard procedures and best practices.Responsibilities Manage daily activities relating to all aspects of client relationship. Monitor project workflow to ensure client-related activities are being completed according to schedule. Lead implementation initiative partnering with internal departments to ensure successful implementation. Manage the communication process between client team and in-house operations team. Oversee and own process for tracking and responding to client issues using solution-based ideas for effective resolution. Document and escalate client issues to management as necessary. Oversee and facilitate development requests, technical issues and enhancements from client with internal IT team.
